On iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, then Cellular or Mobile Service. If you see Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan, the device supports eSIM.

On Android

Open Settings, Connections or Network & Internet, then SIM manager. Seeing Add eSIM usually confirms compatibility.
