1. Publisher
The site esimzone.fr and the eSIM Zone mobile applications are published under the trading name "eSIM Zone by Dream Digital".
The registered company name and legal form. Only the trading name "Dream Digital" appears in the product. One component describes it as "Dream Digital SARL, Bruxelles, Belgique" — but SARL is a French and Luxembourgish legal form, while the Belgian equivalent has been SRL/BV since the 2019 company-law reform. That string therefore cannot be published as-is.
The registered office address. No street address or postcode exists anywhere in the product; the only address string is a city and country.
The company registration number (BCE/KBO number for a Belgian entity, SIREN/SIRET for a French entity) and the intra-community VAT number. Neither exists anywhere in the repository or its configuration. Both are legally mandatory on a commercial site.
The name of the director of publication, and the share capital if the applicable law requires it to be stated.

2. Contact
General enquiries can be sent to contact@esimzone.fr, which is the address the contact form delivers to.
A single authoritative set of published contact addresses. The product currently references at least eight different addresses across two domains (esimzone.fr and esimzone.com) and a third company domain, including separate addresses for privacy, technical and support enquiries that do not agree with one another.
A published telephone number. The number currently shown on the contact page is a sequential placeholder and must not be published as a real contact point.

3. Hosting
The service is hosted on a virtual private server provided by OVHcloud. The application, the database and the cache all run on that server.
The host’s full legal identification — registered name, address and telephone number — as required in a legal notice, and the datacentre region. The server hostname identifies OVHcloud but not the region, so no statement about the country of hosting is made here.

4. Nature of the activity
eSIM Zone sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. It is a reseller and aggregator of plans supplied by third-party providers, and is not itself a mobile network operator.
Whether reselling mobile connectivity in the jurisdiction of establishment requires registration with, or notification to, a telecommunications regulator, and if so the registration reference to publish here.
5. Intellectual property
The eSIM Zone name and logo, the site design, its text and its graphical elements are protected. They may not be reproduced or reused without prior written permission.
Provider names such as Airalo, Telna and eSIM Go, and payment provider names such as Paystack, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the origin of a service.
6. Personal data and cookies
How personal data is collected, used, shared and deleted is described in the privacy policy, which also lists what is currently set in your browser and on your device.
A cookie-consent mechanism. The product sets a thirty-day referral tracking cookie on redirect and loads analytics where configured, with no consent banner and no opt-out control anywhere.
7. Applicable law
The applicable law and competent courts, and any consumer mediation or online dispute resolution body that must be named. Existing published copy in the product states Belgian law and the courts of Brussels; that has not been reconfirmed against the entity identified in section 1.
